Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the products we sell, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) does not apply to orders placed with Korean Fillers EU. This exemption exists because:
- Our products are temperature-sensitive medical products that require cold chain storage and shipping. Once dispatched, the cold chain cannot be verified upon return, making the products unsafe for resale.
- Products are sealed for health protection and safety. Once the seal is broken, they cannot be returned.
- Our customers are business purchasers (B2B), not consumers, and the withdrawal right under EU law is a consumer protection measure.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch by contacting us at info@koreanfillers.eu.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or compromised upon arrival, we will provide a full refund or replacement. This includes:
- Visible physical damage to packaging or product
- Broken vials, syringes, or seals
- Evidence that cold chain was compromised during shipping (e.g., temperature indicator shows breach)
- Products received past their expiry date
- Incorrect products received (wrong product or quantity)
Reporting Damage
You must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery. To file a claim:
- Email info@koreanfillers.eu with the subject line "Damage Report - [Your Order Number]"
- Include your order number and the date of delivery
- Provide clear photographs showing:
- The outer shipping packaging (including any visible damage)
- The inner insulated packaging
- The damaged or defective product(s)
- The lot/batch number on the product
- Describe the issue in detail
We will review your claim and respond within 24 hours. Please retain all packaging and products until the claim is resolved.
Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that every product sold by Korean Fillers EU is 100% authentic, sourced directly from KFDA-licensed Korean manufacturers.
If any product purchased from us is proven to be non-authentic, we will issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.
To make an authenticity claim, contact us at info@koreanfillers.eu with your order number, the product in question, and any evidence or concerns. We will investigate promptly and, if the product is confirmed non-authentic, refund the full purchase price.
Refund Process
Once a refund claim is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the order
- Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
- Shipping costs are refunded in full for damaged/defective product claims
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
- Products that have been opened, used, or administered
- Products that were stored improperly by the purchaser after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated as required)
- Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery without valid justification
- Orders placed in error where the product has already been dispatched
Replacements
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. This is subject to product availability and will be discussed with you when reviewing your claim. Replacement products are shipped at no additional cost using the same cold chain logistics.
